Investors have the right to create a Company in Greece with any volume of investments and in any organizational and legal forms provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Greece:

• Limited Liability Company (LLC),

• Additional Liability Companies (ALC),

• Joint stock company (JSC) - a closed joint stock company (CJSC) or an open joint stock company (OJSC).

Contributions to the statutory fund of the Company may be cash and / or non-cash contributions. Usually the statutory fund is formed at the expense of monetary contributions, since making in-kind contributions is associated with the need to evaluate them and / or conduct an examination of the reliability of the assessment.

Prior to the registration of the Company, the issue of the legal address (location) of the Company must be resolved and the future director of the Company must be determined.

Currently, the state registration of the Company is carried out on a declarative basis on the day of contacting the registration authority (submission of a package of documents), a certain package of documents for registration of the Company is required from each founder. Further, a Certificate of State Registration is issued.

Within 7 working days, documents are issued confirming the registration of the Company with tax, statistical and other government agencies.

After the registration of the Company, the so-called "post-registration actions" are carried out: the conclusion of an employment contract with the director, the employment of an accountant by the director or the conclusion of an agreement with an accounting / auditing organization for accounting purposes, the production of a seal, which ends with the opening of a current account of the Company in a bank .
